The hotel is conveniently located a short distance from the city center and offers a beautiful sky deck with live music and a complimentary wine hour. While the room had some maintenance issues and the dining choices were limited, the friendly service and the renovation efforts made the stay enjoyable overall.

My Junior Suite was spacious but had a broken device charger, and I had to change rooms due to stained furniture and a broken toilet seat.
Service

The service was friendly, welcoming, and chat-friendly. I even had a fee waived for some reason!

The hotel is situated between newer office buildings and older apartments, offering a room that was slightly bigger with a Keurig machine but a view of a brick wall. Despite booking a year in advance and starting at 8 AM, my stay was comfortable, though a bit snug. The service was decent with a few hiccups, but the experience was overall positive.

Rooms

The room I stayed in was just as described, slightly cramped but had a nice Keurig machine. The view of a brick wall wasn't ideal, but the room was clean and comfortable overall.
Service
6.0
The staff took care of our needs, but there were some issues with late-night ventilation cleaning causing disturbance. Despite that, they were accommodating, and the food served was enjoyable. The indoor elevators were convenient, and the welcome drink and happy hour were nice touches.
Location
5.0
The hotel's location was mixed; on the positive side, it was nice and quiet, but the unexpected noise from a late-night cleaning crew disrupted our peace. The proximity to a high school with wires hanging added a unique touch, and complimentary amenities to the cannabis suites were an interesting feature. The surrounding restaurant offered a pleasant ambiance.
Dining
8.0
The dining experience was a mix of good and bad. The breakfast, although not included in the room rate, was worth the extra cost. The restaurant had a very hip vibe and offered menu options instead of a buffet, which was a great touch.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel facilities were satisfactory. While not extraordinary, they met basic needs and provided a decent level of comfort.

The hotel had some good aspects, such as a slightly bigger room with a Keurig machine and a view of a brick wall, but there were issues like a chair propping the door open and difficulties in getting in-room service. The service was a mix, with amazing staff but some noise disturbances like loud music early in the morning. The location was nice with easy access to downtown, although the space was a bit tight. Dining had some tasty options but also disappointments like not serving certain items. Overall, a place with ups and downs.
